💜 Can I return my order?

Unfortunately No. There is a strict no return policy.

💜There's something wrong with my order!

I have no control over how postal services handle packages once I ship them out. I try my hardest to ensure that all your items are properly packaged and secured. 

If there are major defects in the order, please [ Contact Us ]. Be sure to include the following in the email:

• Name
• Order Number
• Photos depicting the issues

You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

💜 Help! My order never arrived!

If your order was specifically returned to me due to failed delivery/incorrect address/unclaimed/etc. (anything outside of my control), I will contact you with two options:

• Reship under the condition you pay the shipping fees again
• Issue a refund for the product amount. (This will exclude shipping fees)

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of expected delivery, please [ Contact Us ] and we'll be sure to check your tracking and/or fix your situation.

💜 I made an order by mistake
